Please enjoy the unique character of each piece, as individual variations (facial expressions, pattern balance, stitching, etc.) occur. As these items are delicate, applying excessive force, pulling, or impact may cause damage.

Returns & Exchanges
In principle, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience (e.g., “it looks different from what I imagined,” “wrong size,” etc.).

Care Guide


◆ LEATHER
Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth.
(Note: For painted items, avoid rubbing too hard as the paint may peel.)
Since we use natural leather, each item has unique variations in texture, wrinkles, and appearance.
Color fading or transfer may occur due to friction or moisture from sweat and rain.
Avoid storing in direct sunlight or in hot and humid conditions.

◆ FAUX FUR
Care methods vary depending on the fur type:
Short Fur / Boa: Use a lint roller (reduce the stickiness slightly before use).
Long Fur: Gently brush from the tips following the direction of the fur with a comb.
When washing, please hand wash using a delicate laundry detergent.
(Note: Only use a washing machine for the spin cycle.)
During the spin cycle, always wrap the item in a towel and set for a short duration.
Dry thoroughly after spinning and then brush. (Insufficient drying may cause mold.)


◆ YARN
Follow the same care and washing instructions as Faux Fur.
Be careful not to snag or pull the threads.


◆ MOHAIR
Gently remove surface dust with a soft brush or cloth.
Do not wash.


◆ CHAIN
To prevent discoloration, lightly wipe off dirt with a soft cloth after use.
If you experience an allergic reaction during or after use, stop using immediately and consult a doctor.
We cannot be held responsible for injuries, allergies, or other issues caused by the product. Please use with full understanding.


◆ STRATUM SERIES
Gently remove surface dust with a soft brush or cloth.
The edges are very hard due to the resin-processed felt parts. Please handle with care during use.
Avoid storing in direct sunlight or in hot and humid conditions.
